Beloved soul sisters & brothers of Spirit House ComeUnity,

Forever grateful to you all for holding me in healing light & loving support.

The update with me is I returned to my home on Friday afternoon.  I’ve been well cared for with some friends spending the night & visiting in the day. Thankfully, my pain has lessened greatly & I’m sleeping a lot better in the comfort of my precious haven in the woods. 🙏

My needs are changing in that I don’t necessarily need people to sleepover now after two nights with friends. Instead, I’m open to any interested & available beings for visit/support in the day to help with light housework, helping me with meals, etc.  I’m supposed to keep off my leg & keep it elevated.  My friend Tania is organizing folks bringing dinners for me.

If you’d like to help in this way, feel free to email me directly. For now, I’m keeping quiet & not up for much phone connection. Doing my best to be the A+ patient to support the most optimum healing & speedy recovery.

Deep gratitude again for all your well wishes, support & holding me in the light of love & healing. I’m so relieved to have my body’s needs finally getting met & being on the recovery path.

Calling on you for some of your powerful psychic visionary mojo to see my body accepting the new “hardware” addition & that the pain level goes down significantly. It’s been a rough couple of hours. Pretty fucking intense, like no other pain I’ve experienced before 🥴 they increased pain meds & I’m calming myself down with meditation music. Love you so much!

~~~~~~~~~Just off the phone with Sue Coulter who is recovering from Surgery on her leg ~~~~ she is in beautiful spirits, sounds great~!! She is with some pain “but nothing terrible” & under management ~~~~~ She us loving the healing attention she is receiving at our hospital~!!  She will be released sometime tomorrow and has her ride home covered ~~~~ I asked her what she needs moving forward ~~~~ apparently some folks are stepping up for food deliveries (at least short term) but she is requesting to have someone stay with her tomorrow night and the next as she is VERY TENDER  ~~~~~~ she has a plate screwed onto her leg to keep everything in place to allow healing and mending~~~.
