What I’m told is that you place the bread in a big brown paper bag that is wet and put it in the oven - this is after the bread has thawed ~~~ low temp ~~ This makes perfect as the bread is then rehydrated ~~ just like it came out of the oven for the first time ~~ yum~!!!
