It is time to feel our humanity 
and rest into our BEING.

Stay in the willingness 
to be with the “ I don’t know “ place ~
Awareness has no argument 
with whatever is occurring in our experience.
The breath is not conceptual ~ 
it is time to feel our humanity and rest into our BEING.

BE 
with the already present 
state of our Awareness.

What we are is a constant creation
where a timeless presence 
permeates each instant 
with an infinite depth and intelligence
 closer than our own breath. 

One has only to open to it ~ make oneself available ~ literally breathe it in.

  Everyday is a special occasion.
