[Thespiritexpress] Mendocino County Enters the Red Tier

Looks like things will be moving forward to  a new normal. My daughter 
is a high school teacher in Fort Bragg and I believe the students will 
be going back to school next week. She also coaches track and they 
started back last week, with masks and distancing.
