Today was one heck of an amazing Mastery group ~~~ Thank you all who participated and to the growing number of people tuning 
in for 15min. life force energy boost of “Shaking Yoga” to enliven and charge-up for the 1/2 hr. meditation ~! 

~ One, or several honest self-reflections that came up was about “Worthiness” of self ~ which prompted 
this mantra from my old dear friend and teacher Tomas: 


"I Am a Sacred Worthy Luminous Being 
I Am Love 
and 
My Love Is For-Giving”
