This is terrific ~ Thank you Marc for sending this~.  It very much encapsulates much of The Mastery Work  as well as the deep work of in the non-dual teachings of Rupert Spira and many other amazing teachers~.  

~ It is being repeated over and over in many creative ways to awaken us from the illusion of separation that who we are is Awareness ~ and that this is Energy~.  “I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me.”
