Greetings All,
As we gather tomorrow to enhance our well being and the well being of all
of our
neighbors, let's also hold high intentions and blessings for Thich Nhat
Hahn
and the end of wildfires. (*There will be a 9 am/Wednesday virtual
gathering for *
*10 minutes to visualize the ending of the fires. Please join, if you are
inclined.)*

Cecile Cutler will offer a 5 minute standing practice after our class is
over.  It is
very worthwhile and optional. Thank you Cecile.

Our circle and practice has a positive effect on all living beings on this
precious
planet. Of this, I know for sure. And, thank you for your $12 donation.
