~~~~In this time of uncertainty, fear and conflicting information our old hidden trauma can arise in a variety of discordant emotional expressions~.  Eckhart Tolle referred to this as the “Pain Body” ~~ it is trauma presenting it’s self ~ coming to the light to be released~.  Hold your balance and maintain your grounding ~~~~~ know that you have tools to use when fear arises ~~~~~ be more curious about the part of you that is aware than what it is aware of and you will be able to deal with the many expressions of Fear~.
