Dear Spirits ~~
			~~~~I’ve been in contact with Gracee and she is in the hospital (how long ??) ~~~ her spirits are up and she sent me a picture of her sitting up blowing a kiss to all ~~ she reports having a large mass removed (no details) ~~~~ the tenor of her writing is up and conveyed relief and a sense of vibrancy~.  We all know how strong and amazing she is~!! She is a healing woman with a lot of mojo as we all know~!  She will post something on The Spirit Express as soon as she can ~~ and you can also use this format to send her a note~. She is also on the “EXPRESS” list~.  She will be asking for what she needs in the way of assistance in what ever way may help her to have a speedy recovery ~~.
