[Thespiritexpress] Mask ordinance in FB - swift response from FB re cv19

Yes... nice, and how will this be enforced? I was at Noyo Headlands
trail this morning. Clearly posted sign "Masks Required".  I didn't notice
a fine mentioned.
There were several people without masks and carefree about that.
