Independence Day 
or
 Interdependence or Inner-dependence

~This is the year with no sky dazzling fireworks display ~ No Salmon BBQ ~ No big family and friends bash~.  Only the sound of a few fire crackers and gun shots ~ American flags displayed here and about and the #1 big event in my neighborhood was the 8:00 howl of sorrow~.  I took out my long departed Grandmother’s American flag that I inherited may years ago ~ it is old, thin, faded and frayed around the edges ~ put has been flying proudly
off the second story balcony surrounded by tall bamboo~. 

That seems to somehow fit the description of America right now in light of what is finally being revealed, and exposed to the only ones on the planet that have not been able to see the true of the “Windigo"~.  And yet it’s always been 
so so SO obvious and yet over looked as a result of some fancy magic mass hypnosis convincing us that we are numero uno 
and beyond reproach and that we are distinct and that we are separate, insulated with a privilege
that is beyond reproach ~ that our consumption of the World’s resources, including people, comes without sanction~.

"Americans constitute 5% of the world's population but consume 24% of the world's energy. The population is projected to increase by nearly 130 million people - the equivalent of adding another four states the size of California - by the year 2050.” (ref. Google )

~The article below (link) is one that speaks to all of us in a very sober fashion ~ If you don’t know the meaning “Windigo” pls. Google it”.
We speak to “waking-up” in spiritual circles of conversation, study, discussion and inquiry and all the while 
we are awake but the knowing is obscured, covered up by unconscious thought patterns we
have been conditioned to believe ~ all wrapped in belief structures organized to create 
unconscious complicity against that which actually is the Life sustaining
force of Love manifesting~. 

~YES, WE ARE WAKING-UP~~~~~~!

~The entire World of 7.8 billion of us is Waking-up to the realization that are living and dying in this very moment we call “Reality” ~! 
This reality of opulent aliveness and diverse abundance nurtured by one sun that shines equally upon
 everything and everyone~. We are this season’s people and what are planting and harvesting~?

~YES, WE ARE WAKING-UP~~~~~~!

~ Waking-up is for many something new and shocking ~ there is also the hangover realization of a bad dream and the uncomfortable
feeling that accompanies rubbing the sleep out of one’s eyes to greet the morning light~. We are in the process of clearing the old dream right now and there is a sting to it and that sting may intensify as we deepen into the clearing of what is not right, never been in right-relationship, 
making amends and dreaming a new, healthy, sustainable dream with total equanimity motivated by the presence of 
love and beauty as the operative motivation to all of life~!

~YES, WE ARE WAKING-UP~~~~~~!

~ Independence, Interdependence or Inner-dependance are all choices~. The one thing that all three of these words have in common is the word “dependance”~. 
~The definition of “dependance” is, “the quality or state of being influenced or determined by or subject to another.” 
That quality or state is based on a dualist form of “otherness” ~ The dualistic form is based on separation and fear 
and the non-dual is based on the realization that there is only One and all seemingly others are but part of the One~.  
This is a choice that is made based on one’s own experience - either out of fear or Love ~ 
That is the choice we are asked at this time in the human experience - 'do I recognize that I am of the One~?’  
To recognize the beauty in every moment 
is one of the keys ~ there is great beauty in opening the eyes and ears of the heart~. 

~ This article is a beautiful piece of writing that offers a loving hand in the choice for sustainability as a function of living in 
this garden of beauty~. A lot of restoration work ahead of us in multiple areas~.
