~~Well, the Smoke is upon us ~~~~ The color temperature of the light early this a.m. was give-a-way that smoke was in the air ~~~ A little after 10:00 this morning was a sure give away that it was coming~.  

~ So, here is a wonderful resource for our area ~~~ check this out ~~~ the website link is below~!  “hubsandroutes.net” ~~~~~~ Alone with the smoke there is the arrival of increase anxiety ~~~ it’s almost always counter intuitive to breath deeply but remember that the first thing that goes in a stressful situation is our breath ~~ that also reduces oxygen to the brain and taxes all of our usual cool, calm and collected body, mind systems~.  Pls. don’t forget to breath and thus reduce your anxiety and quell fear~.
