[SCE] In case you missed this: Postponed - Gualala Sediment TMDL Action Plan

It was good that it was delayed - due to missing Board member due to 
lack of quorum. That TMDL does not meet Water Code Section 13242 
requirements for a Water Quality Control Plan - i.e.1) Describe all 
actions necessary to meet Water Quality Standards, 2) have an 
implementing schedule for those actions,3)have a monitoring program in 
place with an adaptive management plan to assure compliance.

I was there and had a good discussion with the Board.

The above requirements apply to the Russian River Pathogen TMDL
