We do. Thanks for the heads up. It would help if there were proactive 
notice - so we do not work against something that we should not work 
against.

Noticing that they are doing TMDLs for mercury on Snake River dams.  If 
you want to push this - hiring Mike Lozeau might be a good idea.  Not 
sure they are set up to litigate.  Mike does better than others.
