[SCE] Need for transmission lines - or ....

Look for this next …. thinking of impacts to the coast at the moment (off shore wind farms, electric power generators such as Ft. Ross, etc)  - but transmission lines will need to be everywhere.  An alternative is Microgrids that can serve remote areas and/or things like Condo complexes.  No need to limit them to rural communities.
