[SCE] [SoCoGPU] Coastal grape growers can use less water during drought

Basically, it is dry farming but many take advantage of the availibiity of water to pump up the crop. I like seeing that some are more conscious then others. We should appeal to those when possible and remember that grape growing is not the enemy, it is the factory restaurant googhaw sales in farm land with events made up as promotion but are traffic jams and sales events. Just a thought.
