[SCE] [SoCoGPU] 50 years of "awareness" ... and here we are

Fifty years of missed opportunity to effectively phase out of the old and into the new. Don’t have fifty now for that kind of phasing and need to compress change into ten or so. What are we waiting for?  Or is it like an alcoholic that will slowly die rather than stop drinking unless getting help from AA. What we need is CA.
