[SCE] roadway washout repair: CPN19-0006; 24075 HWY 1, Jenner - Completeness Referral

Attached is the completeness referral sent to Agencies and jurisdictions for a requested Emergency Coastal Permit to repair roadway washout on Route 1, north of Timber Cove. The washout will be stabilized using partially grouted rock slope protection (PGRSP) placed into the damaged area below the roadway. The work is taking place entirely within Caltrans right-of-way. This application is considered the follow up Coastal Permit to the original emergency entitlement pursuant to Section 26C-341.2 of the Sonoma County Zoning Code.
