Subject:	Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Regulations and Technical Standards (OWTS) Manual
Pursuant to Sonoma County Code Chapter 24-31.5, the Permit and Resource Management Department posted for public review and comment (16 May 2016 through 20 June 2016) the proposed OWTS Manual to revise and replace the current Regulations for Onsite Sewage Disposal in Sonoma County.

Upon review and consideration of comments received and according to Sonoma County Code Chapter 24-31.5 minor revisions were made to the OWTS Manual.  The OWTS Manual is hereby adopted and is effective as of this date.  I request respectfully that the OWTS Manual be posted.
