[Rotary] Barbecue Assignments

Good Morning Rotarians.

I know the excitement is building as we approach our joint bbcue with the Ft Bragg Club this Saturday, following the Peace Pole dedication in Rotary Park.

There will be delicious food, and games to test your acuity,  there will be libations, and there will the Dance of a Thousand Virgins, sometime during the day, not to mention other surprises.

Ft. Bragg is providing the Chicken and Tri-tip and bringing their Big Grill. We will be bringing side dishes to share.
I am attaching a menu and asking that you volunteer to make an appetizer, side dish or dessert for Saturday’s meal. Feel FREE to Substitute your favorite recipe for what is listed on the menu.

I will be attending Ft. Bragg’s Club Meeting on Thursday to coordinate foodservice with them. Please let me know ASAP what you will be bringing so that I can advise them of what we need.
