Way to go Hoop!  That brings us to $250.  I think we should top $750.  
Max, the President of interact, has created the Bicycle Ride/Fundraiser “Cure for Cancer” and has been a High-Achiever all through school. His Grades are near perfect, his leadership is remarkable. The Rotary Scholarship Committee made a very difficult decision not to include him as a recipient.  We deemed the next two qualifiers to have greater need. But the committee agreed that we want to support Max and his endeavors. 
So, please reach a little deeper, the kid is amazing. Let’s hear from our worthy non- regulars, Pam, Sean, Terry, Dean. If any two Rotarians will each kick in $100,  I’ll up my ante to $100!  Toby

Our Interact Club is participating in the Bicycle Fundraiser Ride next weekend for Cancer Research. Participants will ride from Mendocino to San Francisco and earn pledges based on mileage ridden. 
We pledged that we would sponsor the Interact club earlier this spring and our goal (as a club) is to get individual pledges from our Rotary members and present President Max, of the Interact Club a Collective check . My goal is to raise between $300 and $500 dollars.
Toby, Leona, Rick and Myself have pledged $50.00 each for a total of $200.00. We invite you to join us by pledging any amount of your choice. Check's should be made out to The Mendocino Rotary Club with the notation on the check for Interact Bicycle fundraiser.
