[Rotary] Final Accounting for the Fence Project

Folks, we wound up the fence project yesterday, and now comes the fun part--preparing the final report including financials--due by end of May.

To ensure we can get this done, I request all club members who have spent money on the project that they would like to have reimbursed but have not been submitted (I think if is only Matt and me but who knows?) submit their receipts to Brandt, copy myself, by e-mail if possible.

Brandt will issue reimbursement checks, and each of us will deposit them, and after they are deposited he will be able to download copies of the cancelled checks, which is what Rotary District asks be included in the final report.

The timetable is short:

May 5 receipts turned in, May 12 checks issued, May 19 checks cashed by recipient, May 26 copies of cancelled checks downloaded by Larry, and sent to myself.

May 29 final report submitted.
