[Rotary] 📍Whale Fest Rotary Park Popcorn Fundraiser – Saturday Plan (3/7/26)

Hi Everyone,

Thank you to Gary and LaDonna for stepping up to help with the Rotary Park
popcorn fundraiser during the WhaleFest Wine Walk this Saturday.

It sounds like Gary will plan to arrive around 11:00am to set up the
popcorn machine and drinks, and we’ll aim to start selling around 1:00pm
when the Wine Walk begins.

We’ll plan on popcorn and a drink for $5 and will also have Dining Raffle
tickets available for anyone interested.

It would be helpful to have one or two others rotate through to help with
selling if possible. If anyone else finds themselves available for even an
hour between 1:00–4:00pm, feel free to stop by and lend a hand.

Thank you again to those who are helping make this happen. It should be a
fun day in the park and a nice way to support our student programs.
