[Rotary] Club Meeting

Good Afternoon Rotarians,

We will be having a planning meeting this week at the Hill House by Trailborn this Thursday July 16th, at 12:00 p.m. All Rotary Members and Friend of Rotary Members are encouraged to attend. 

Gary will set the Agenda, but we will be reviewing the Financials, Membership, Avenue of Service committees, Fundraisers, and Budgets for the year. We value your input! Please attend if you can.

At the last meeting, we confirmed a meeting fee of $10.00 per person, and a $10.00 fee for food service. 

This weeks food service will be: 

Mini Croissant Sandwich Tray: (Including Turkey, ham, and Roast Beef)
Salad Sandwich Tray: (Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, and Egg Salad )
Sliced Fresh Fruit
Tossed Salad
Chips and dip
Cookies or Brownies
