[Rotary] Fwd: Fort Bragg Little League Banner

Hello all I am forwarding this because we did this before and I think it
would be good to do.  Fort Bragg Rotary has yet to respond.  Even if they
do it will put Rotary in front of a lot of parents.
We can talk more at our next Board meeting next week.

for Mendocino Rotary.  I do have them down as having a banner in the past.
