[Rotary] Scholarships, application and instructions

Hello Rotarians!
It's that time again when Mendocino High School Students apply for
scholarships. There is a very small window of time if someone is
energetic and motivated to make any changes that I heard suggestions for,
such as making our application online. I surely don't have time for that
but ask if you are one of the people who recommended that or any other
application improvement process, please contact me ASAP. Any changes must
be made by February 10t as Noah at the high school is distributing
scholarship application info to students.

If no one steps forward, we'll proceed as normal with the completed
applications returned to us by March 30th.

Additionally, please let me know if you plan on serving on the scholarship
committee this year, and please contact me if you have any questions.
