[Rotary] Rotary Meeting Room Change

Good Afternoon Rotarians,

We will be holding our regularly scheduled speaker meeting this week, Thursday, August 13th at 12:00 noon at the Hill House. We will not be upstairs in the Terrace Room!!!!!!

Just a heads up, We will be meeting downstairs in the large room next to the bar. The podium will be moved downstairs for our use. There is another booking for the upstairs room so we have the option of the bar area or the banquet room.

Please RSVP if you will be attending. The Chef (That would be me) will prepare the food tomorrow and I want to make sure we have enough and that we can take care of any diet requests.
