Dear Mendocino Rotarians, 
In today's Board meeting the attendees surveyed themselves to see if any of us used DACDb. It turned out that I am probably the only member of our club who has regularly used it. Margaret may have used it once or twice and I showed LaDonna how to use it and got her logged on but I think that was the end of it. Nonetheless it is the wave of the future as far as messaging, simplifying our website, making our calendar accessible to all, gauging our performance, paying our dues and being more strongly connected with our District and other clubs in our District. I strongly urge all members of the club to get the app and begin to use it. You need only download the app from the app store, enter your e-mail address as it appears in MyRotary, enter your Rotary membership number as a first-time password, and create a permanent password known only to you.
To help in all of this the District is holding half-hour training sessions which begin next Monday, as noted in the message from Elizabeth Kirby below. I have signed up for the Tuesday 10:00 session, and hope each of you will also sign up. If anyone wants to join me here in Chateau Stubbs at 10:00 next Tuesday please let me know.
