Hi Ray, and thanks for the helpful comments. Following up on your earlier questions, I had prepared the attached breakdown of administrative costs of secondary corporate members, which was handed out today at our Board meeting. We decided today to charge 25% additional for one secondary member, 50% for two. So $260 for a regular member, $325 for a corporate membership with one primary and one secondary, and $390 for one primary and two secondaries.

Before the Board votes on the Corporate membership there should be a very clear breakdown of the administrative costs thay would be associated with a 2nd or 3rd member under such.
Keep it simple. What would the total cost of this type member be?  Obviously meal costs, Rotary International & District fees would not be applicable.

Hi all,It seems the Board meeting tomorrow will focus on goals, avenues of service, the district imaging plan etc. That being said, I hope there will be time for proposals to the Board that have  been pending for some time, including my proposal that we establish a corporate membership as described in the attached paper. Corporate membership has been discussed, endorsed and questions answered, but not adopted by the Board. Amongst others, the concept has been discussed with Renee McKenna, the new District Membership Chair (by myslef) and with LaDonna and Rick McDonald (their Hawaii experience). 
It is important that we get this done so that we can move ahead with our upcoming mixer with COC which is coming up soon. I request that the proposal for corporate membership I made on June 23, attached, be discussed by the Board tomorrow.
Lets enjoy the DG's presence, it looks like a lot is underway at that level.

The Cost of lunch is $25.00 and we will enjoy a full presentation of Rotary in Action and resources available to us by our current 2026-2027 DG Jeff Kolin.
