[Rotary] Wrapping Up the Fence

Hi all,

A number of you have asked about the schedule for wrapping up the fence project, which is as follows:

-Install the front entrance pole caps, short stringers and pickets (me and Sam, this Friday 9:30 and Saturday same time if needed);

-Install a new Pine St gate latch (volunteer, also this Friday or Saturday);

-Prime and paint the new wood pieces (this Saturday, next week)

-Transport the uncut picket planks from my house to the Community Center shed (volunteer, next week)

-Cut the ribbon and celebrate  (all hands, tasks being assigned) May 2.

LaDonna has volunteered to provide a charcuterie plate, and I think John Cottle will man the popcorn machine.

A list of tasks and times for May 2 is attached. Please let me know if you can help out.
