[Rotary] Barbecue and Planning event

Good Morning Rotarians,

I wanted to give you some additional information regarding our very fun, not to be missed, exciting adventure, happening this Saturday at Gary Hopper’s House.

The planning session is open to all Rotarians. We will be discussing Incoming Officers, Committee Chairs and Committee Volunteers, Projected Community Projects, Support of our Interacters, BINGO IN THE BARN,
And other Fun Raisers, Speakers and Town Halls, Promotion, Web site, Meeting Locations and time of Meetings, etc.

Before you go getting all scared on me - This First planning meeting is a general overall discussion on where we are and where we want to go during Gary’s 2026-2027 Rotary Club Year.

We will have additional time in May to do more specific plans and budgeting. For this retreat we want your input and ideas! Gary has sent you directions to his house, and I am coordinating side dish’s for the barbecue.

Please RSVP ASAP if you can attend!!!! - We need a Head Count
 to order the Burgers and Condiments.

Gary is providing the meat, buns, condiments, cheese etc. He is providing Liquor, Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks, Water, Tea etc.
