[Rotary] Fourth of July brown Brothers blues band South.

Dear Friends…..
The Brown brothers blues band ,  has offered to play , the fouth of July event  , in the park  .

At no cost to Rotary ……in fact…..I will pay a 200.00 dollar donation to Rotary , for this opportunity .
 
Just to cement the deal……the Brown Brothers blues band , needs to schedule the event , they have other offers , 
So I am writing to schedule this event .

We are three months out and now is the time to arrange for the band to play , may I confirm this event ?

I know Mendocino Rotary is short on dollars ,  so  I will donate 200.00 to seal the deal .
