Hello Presidents, Secretaries and Foundation Chairs

The Foundation Celebration Lunches are just around the corner. This is a
quick reminder for all clubs to bring their donation gift basket AND their
members’ donation thank you tickets which will be put into the ticket drum.
All clubs are asked to donate 1 or 2 baskets (with a collective minimum
value of $100). Please deliver your baskets to the event or arrange to have
them brought for you.

Please find attached the instructions; they are the same ones that were
sent out to all of you last month.

Thank you very much for your participation, and I look forward to seeing
you soon.

Hello all, please read the following and if you want to purchase Raffle
tickets, print out the document with the tickets.
Fill them out and bring your tickets and money to our next meeting on
November 6th. For you to be eligible for prize drawing the tickets have to
be at the luncheon on November 8th.
We do this every year and your tickets will be delivered in time.
