[Rotary] 📍Averee McNair Brings Mendocino’s Hidden Histories to Life – This Thursday!

Dear Rotarians,

We have a wonderful program planned for our meeting this Thursday, October
23rd at 12:00 PM in Preston Hall!

Our guest speaker will be Averee McNair, Curator at the Kelley House
Museum, who will share insights about the exhibit *Women Who Helped Shape
Mendocino,* as well as other exciting exhibits and what’s coming up next at
the Kelley House.

This exhibit tells the lesser-known stories of entrepreneurs, nurses,
artists, teachers, madams, and philanthropists who laid the foundation for
the Mendocino we know today. It’s a fascinating look at the women whose
creativity, courage, and determination helped shape our town’s history and
spirit.

Please join us and bring a friend! This will be a wonderful opportunity to
learn more about our community’s rich heritage, enjoy good company, and
share a delicious lunch together.
