[Rotary] Proposed Expenditure for Board Meeting

Dear Rotarians, 
As discussed in our emergency meetings earlier this year we need to discuss and get a membership drive underway. I suggest this be high on the agenda, and propose that we allocate $2,000 for printing the new brochure under preparation by Margaret (say 1500 copies), a mailing to all addresses in Mendocino (about 1,000 I think), advertising in the Beacon, and any special events related to membership development. The Post Office has information on how a bulk mailing can be done.
Lets also resolve to reach out to existing members who are not participating in our events and get them involved, and perhaps to revive what used to be called the Sunshine Report which was a report on members who are not well or have been injured and equally important a call placed or card sent to those persons.  
I have suggested other items for the agenda in a separate e-mail.
