Dear Jeffry,

Whether you joined us live or plan to watch the recording, I want to personally thank you for being part of this very special milestone.

I am thankful to have enjoyed the evening with fellow ShelterBox supporters, volunteers, Rotarians, and friends from across the country. Celebrating 25 years of ShelterBox impact was made even more special by Kevin Costner joining us live, with his heartfelt words about community, resilience, and the importance of helping families rebuild after disaster.

Together we reflected on the millions of lives touched by shelter, safety, and hope since our founding, and looked ahead to the important work still to come.

Throughout the event, we shared stories of families rebuilding after disaster and conflict, from Cameroon to Bangladesh, from Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica to right here at home in the United States. These stories remind us that even in the most difficult circumstances, the human spirit is incredibly strong, and that when we come together, we can make a lasting difference.
