[Rotary] Rotary Schedule for the Week

Good Afternoon Rotarians:

Our Schedule of Events for the Week of November 3rd to the 10th is as follows:

Monday -Friday - Drop off Food Donations to Ray Alarcon to support the Ft. Bragg Rotary Club's Food Drive. Farmers Insurance 45060 Ukiah St. Ste.B  Mendocino, 10a.m. - 4 p.m.

Wednesday November 5th - Interact Meeting/Pizza’s - (Pizza to be dropped off by 12:20)
Toby and Matt Davis???

Thursday November 6th - Town Hall Meeting with Trailborn- 12:00 p.m.
       (Volunteers are needed at 11:00 to help set up chairs and set-up for zoom.)
       Kara Adamson will update us on renovations at the Hill House and the Mendocino Hotel.
       Beverages and snacks will be served. Our regular meeting food service will not be available.
      Food Donations for the food drive will be accepted at this meeting

Thursday, Friday & Saturday - Work on the Community Fence - See Jeff Stubbs for assignments

Saturday - District 5130 Foundation Celebration Luncheon - Fortuna, CA 12:00 at he Monday Club. We are sending a gift bucket full of full of surprises from Mendoza’s Hardware. We also will turn in our drawing slips for our Foundation donation. Donations are $20.00 each or 6 for $100. - Gary Hopper has slips available at the Mendozas Hardware store all week and will also bring them to the Town Hall on Thursday. All donations will count toward your 2025-2026 Foundation commitment.
