Dear MSCA Members:

I am writing today to thank you for your continued support of the programs
sponsored by the Mendocino Sister City Association.  I am forwarding to you
this year's MSCA newsletter which details last year's visit to Miasa-Omachi
Japan by a group of Mendocino students.  This May we will be hosting a
large contingent of Japanese students and visitors in return.

We would not be able to offer these programs without your enthusiastic
support and financial assistance. Your dues and other contributions are
what pay for these visits back and forth across the Pacific and the other
cultural events sponsored by MSCA.  Together we are building a strong
foundation for mutual respect and understanding between nations.

MSCA will be sponsoring a sake tasting fund raising event later this month
at the Mendocino Art Center - we hope you will be able to attend!

Thank you for your energy and involvement in MSCA.  We couldn't do this
without you.
