[Rotary] ⛳️Sponsor Outreach + Gift Bag & Raffle Help Needed for Golf Tournament

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Our Annual Golf Tournament is coming up on Friday, August 23rd. This is one
of our biggest fundraisers of the year and we need your help securing
sponsors, raffle prizes, and items for golfer gift bags.

We're asking each member to help by:

   -

   Reaching out to potential event sponsors (sponsorship form attached)
   -

   Donating or sourcing raffle prizes
   -

   Providing 60 small items for golfer gift bags. Ideas include pens,
   granola bars, sunscreen, coupons, or other fun giveaways

All proceeds from this event support Rotary’s programs and community
efforts throughout the year. Let’s make this a strong showing together!
