[Rotary] Subjecrt: Program for Town Meeting

All, 
At today's meeting we will have Bernie Norvell, ex-Mayor of Fort Bragg and currently County Supervisor, speak and we hope to have 50 or so attendees.
That being the case, we will need an all hands on board effort to help set up, greet and record the participants, collect donations for disaster relief in LA and the South Pacific, and clean up afterwards.
The attached program outlines what we will need to do. I will be at Preston Hall with all our stuff at 10:30, Rick and Trevor have said they will help set up chairs and tables, La Donna will provide coffee, water and snacks, and Cathy, Susan C and Susan K will man our tables. Toby will help with greeting, and Trevor will be our moderator, with a program along lines of the attached. 
Please come early to help out, and see you there!!
