[Rotary] Fence Work on Saturday December 13th

Hi, folks, after talking with Matt today and thinking this all through a little more, I realized we needed to adjust our schedule.
Trevor is priming pickets now, I am guessing but think he will probably get 25-50 done, and he and I will do another 25-50 next week. If someone else would like to pitch in, priming the pickets which are already cut and sanded, light work but repetitive, please let me know. 
I will need someone to join me on Friday morning to do a quick quality control on the sections of the fence and pickets that we will paint on Saturday, and wash the same sections so they can dry overnight and Saturday morning.
We will probably not begin painting until 11:00 on Saturday, since we can only do that during a three-hour period when it is both warm enough and the pickets are dry enough to paint them.
Starting at 9:00 on Saturday we can attach pickets.
I will let the Interact Club know the schedule later today.

It looks like we are on track for a morning's work on the Community Center fence on Saturday December 13th. Weather permitting, the day will unroll as follows:
9:00-9:15: organizing, forming teams.
9:15-9:45: washing the existing fence to get it ready for painting, laying plastic tarps to protect the ground
9:45-11:45: attaching about 80 additional pickets
10:00-12:00: painting the sections of fence with pickets; 
12:00-12:30 pizza for all, and
12:30-1:30 cleanup 
There will be two attaching teams of 2 persons each, all Rotarians, a total of 4, each team assisted by a student and each person equipped with a drill and driver which they will bring with them.
There will be 4 washing and painting teams, each comprising a Rotarian and an Interactor, each of these 8 persons equipped with a paint pan, a roller and a brush.
That is 8 Rotarians and 6 Interactors. 
Please let me know if you can help out on the 13th. We will use latex paint, water soluble, but please wear old clothing. 
Let's show the community what we can do, and have fun doing it!!
I also need one person to help me set screws on the completed part of the fence where we need a little more quality control before we put paint on the pickets.
Thursday Dec11 at 9:00 is the best day for me for this preparation work.
