[Rotary] Golf corrections from, board notes

*Please everyone know there WILL NOT be a silent auction.  However we still
need raffle prizes, * I will let you know how that will work at our next
meeting.  Also Jeff and whomever is doing breakfast, we DO NOT need hot and
or cold cups..We do not need food trays. You may get them out of the totes
in the shed at the park as well as tablecloths, trash bags, plastic ware
etc. I will need a list of who got what as a raffle prize and who got who
as hole sponsors and amounts. LaDonna is in charge of Raffle ticket sales.

Each rotarian is responsible to contribute other than just showing up.
Sponsor a hole, buy a raffle prize, buy lotto tickets etc. Contribute
towards foods at holes, and breakfast etc.  Many ways to contribute. Being
a rotarian is all about giving so others may benefit.

Thank you all for pulling together to make this the most profitable ever.

I have as sponsors Harvest Mkt, Hardware, Alegria, Willie Pell, Mendo
Sothbys, as well as raffle prizes from Hardware.  We have a full 14 teams.
that is feeding 60 people min.  I have all dogs, buns, and condiments
and.chips.

Next step is getting the water bottles ordered to stuff all gift bags.
