We did not have a quorum at our Board meeting of June 6, and therefore could not approve the minutes of the previous Board meeting, which was held on May 2. 
Attached please find the Minutes of the Board meeting of May 2, as revised following discovery of wording that was unclear.
The attached minutes are for approval of the Board at its meeting today.
