Hello Mendo Rotarians,

We are right around the corner from Rotary's  2nd annual 4th Of July Party
In the Park. Each year keeps getting better and couldn't happen without all
of our wonderful Rotarians and volunteers. What a great way to be
present in our community and let everyone see the magic of Rotary in
action! WE ARE A FUN GROUP!! ✨

Some last minute updates and details:


   - Parking will be available along the street on Howard Street (where the
   Farmer's Market is held). The street has been coned off for Rotarians.
   - Toby will be at the park at 10am and will assemble the sandwich boards
   for the Dinner Raffle. He also has the posters and Raffle tickets.
   - We have two popups available. Ray will bring some weights to hold down
   the legs/posts in case of wind.
   - Attached is the most recent copy of the volunteer sheet.
   - Confirmation on the face painting booth (?)

I will be here in the Village by 9:30am tomorrow and at Engel & Völkers
until after 1pm. Please reach out if I am needed for anything.
