Brandt,

Attached are your Club's financial statements for the year ended June 30,
2024 (to be used for tax return filing; and for Board discussion)

 

Comparing actual income/expenses versus budgeted amounts, two main points
can be highlighted:

 

1.	The projected proceeds from the J. Porter Memorial letter campaign
were $8,000 lower than projected $10,000

 

2.	The actual youth expenses were lower by $4,000 (no Scholarships were
due as of June 2024, but they will be spent in the coming fiscal year)
