[Rotary] Subject: Town Hall Meeting all Hands on Deck

Hello all, we have perhaps the biggest meeting we have ever hosted for the Town Hall tomorrow at 12:00. We need help to set up tables, chairs and all the rest for about 80 people at 10:15. Please turn out to give us a hand with setup and cleanup and for the meeting itself.
