[Rotary] Golf Duties

Hi all,
I need a head count on everyone that can help at the tournament.  Set up
starts at 7am, clean up at around 3pm.  Some can come early, some later.  I
need your commitment on what you are able to do.  We will need 3 to man the
hot dogs for the full day. Need 2 to man food stations all day along the
course
(DONNA  AND GRACE....Can I count on you to set up like you did last year?.)
JEFF..Bloody MarBreakfast bar??
RAY.. Beer ?
BRANDT... Cook dogs etc?
JERRY 50/50 Raffle
DEAN..Floater
MARGARET..Food at hot dog station?
Any and all cleanup.

These are suggestions.  Let me know your preferences.
