[Rotary] Subject: Rotary: Minutes of Board Meeting of September 7

We had a great meeting yesterday, with 6 of our 9 Board members present, and a discussion that ranged from project approvals to funding to membership to our strategy, calendar and what events we will have over the next 15 months. 
We sat around a single table and everyone got a chance to talk.
