I second everything Gary said about the tournament. We did not have as many Rotarians show up as last year but some of those absences couldn't be helped. And as Gary mentioned a special thanks to the non-Rotarians that helped out, (John Cottle's neighbor, the spouse to one of Toby's foursome, Linda from Mendo Hardware, Richard Green and my sweetie, Debra DeGraw).I am hoping we can do a proper "wrap up" session.Gary, Donnacx, Margaret, Jeff, Toby, John, and myself-If we can all write down the items and quantities that we bought/brought and how much if any was left over so we can keep a history and make it smoother for future tournaments.I for instance can never remember how much beer I ask to be donated and how much we actually used every year.If we can put together some sort of dairy of.the tournament I will scan it and keep it on my office computer for future reference.Best,Ray AlarconAlarcon Ins AgencyPO Box 2539Mendocino, CA 95460707-937-5050CA Lic#0B68172

I do know it was one of the smoothest and fastest one we have ever done. The clean up crew was amazing.  Thanks also to the non Rotarians that came to help out. Please think of how things went and what we can to make it better in regards to food, donors, set up prizes etc.  Improvements can be made in all areas.Write down your thoughts and have them at the next meeting.Again Thank You AllG--         GO A'sGary "Hoop" Hopper
