[Rotary] Rotary Highway Cleanup

Spring is around the corner, and there is a bit of trash along our Adopt-a
Highway segment of Highway 1.  Let's gather forces on Saturday, March 18,
weather permitting.  Bring gloves, maybe a hat, and boots.  I have yellow
vests, grabbers, and plenty of bags.  We meet at the Hill House parking
lot, facing the highway.

Margaret, our new Community Service Chairperson, would like to get an early
start at 8 AM.  How many of you can join in at that time?  How many would
like to help, but think that's too early?  Early means less traffic.  BYOC,
that's coffee!

Please let me know, we need a headcount.
